Here are the Teachers' Day photos taken by Yee Wai's Daddy. Thank you Mr Ho for the photos.

Thank you Mrs Agnes Ang for creating the dance moves and teaching the  dance moves to pupils so patiently.

Enjoy the photos :)

Mrs Hayashi taught a wonderful lesson on volume to the class. I am glad to be able to capture the excitement in the class on video and photos. The lesson objective of getting the pupils to compare volumes of different containers was well delivered.

Mrs Hayashi has successfully completed her Teaching Practicum  on 4 Sep. She will be returning to NIE for her last term of studies and we wish her all the best in her studies.

The pupils and myself will surely miss her but we look forward to welcoming her back to our Endeavour family in January 2015 upon her graduation.

Thank you Mrs Hayashi for your hard work in teaching 2E for a term. I hope you have enjoyed working with the pupils in their Maths learning journey.

Enjoy the actions in the photos.

We are going to compare the volume of water in Jug K and Jug L.
Which jug has a bigger volume?
How do we know ? How can we find out ?

We can use a comparison chart like this .......

How much is 1 litre ?  Now we know.....

I like this photo :) The pupils were looking on with interest. Learning taking place

The pupils went closer to have a look. They were all eager to find out the volume of the big black container that Mrs Hayashi had brought to class.  Displaying one of the 3Cs in the learning of 21 Century skills - Curiosity

Our school has a partnership with National Library Board (NLB)  to promote the love of reading among the pupils.

Miss Crystabel from NLB visits our class frequently to read books or conduct fun reading activities with the pupils. As part of the post exams activities, she introduced books about how children keep and takes care of their pets. As a post reading activity, each child was given 3 packs of plasticine to create their own pets.

Due to short duration, most of the pupils could not complete creating their pets. They brought the plasticine home to complete making their pets.

Darien created this "Pizza Dog". I think it is very cute.
