Happy new year! I am happy to be the form teacher of 2E. I thank you for your partnership last year and I look forward to working with you to ensure that your child will have an enjoyable and enriching experience ahead in 2014.
I will be teaching your child English, Mathematics and Social Studies.
Changes of PE Teacher
Please note that our class PE teacher and Health Education teacher will be Mr Yaidi instead of Mr Don Tay.
Stationary
1. Colour Pencils & Whiteboard Set
Your child should bring their colour pencils and whiteboard set every day.
2. Stapler
I will be getting them to tear out their worksheets from their Maths Workbook. This is to lighten their school bag load should they have Maths homework from their Maths Workbook.
3. Green Pen
Some of the work will be self or peer marked as I go through the answers in the class. Your child will need a green pen for this.
4. Glue and Scissors
In P1 , many children often did not have their scissors and glue with them. Please provide your child with a glue stick and scissors . These will be kept by me to be used as and when needed . Kindly write/label your child name on them. Please have them ready by 17 Jan (Fri).
Parent-Teacher Communication
- Homework File
For bringing home circulars/letters to parents as well as homework. Do check the file on a daily basis.
- Handbook
Do check on a daily basis as it will be my main means of communication with you.
- Call
I will be giving my hp number to your child next week. Would appreciate if you only contact me during office hours.
