In line with the Big Book "Chicken Rice" that we just read, the pupils had a rice smelling & tasting experience last Wednesday. Each group was given 3 packets of the following rice labelled A, B and C :
1. Chicken rice
2. Nasi Lemak
3. Nasi Briyani
They were to smell and guess which type of rice each box contained. It was an easy task for them.
When the answers were revealed, the children were given the chance to taste the 3 different type of rice.
It was the first time some of the children tasted Nasi Briyani. I asked Rain if he liked the Briyani and he said it was too spicy. The class had a fun time tasting the food. We will be doing our class writing , group writing and individual writing next week after this experience.Here are some photos of our experience.

I love chicken rice!!! And so does my little brother too!!!!
